Today is the first day of my 21 day rawfood cleanse! so far today I had:
Breakfast: Green smoothie(kale,romaine,cherries,pineapple) about 32oz
Snack
6 figs
1 cup black grapes
Lunch:hempseed tabouli
I'm going to try and get in a gallon of water as well. So far today I feel great..walked for 35 minutes on the treadmill...will post before pics soon:)
