day 3

Breakfast: an amazing green smoothie..Kale nectarine mango and pineapple-48oz
snack nectarine and figs
dinner kale salad
snack: almond milk smoothie with banana
late snack:banana,4 figs

today was a rather busy day out and about..all and all I feel fine..I definitely felt more hungry because of missing lunch!!!
